I started visiting sparsh ayurveda center few years back to take a whole body ayurvedic oil massage. It helped improve the skin health and reduce some of the muscle and joint pains i was having at that time. The therapists at sparsh ayurvedic center are good in various ayurvedic therapies as well.

A very refreshing place for all kinds of ayurvedic treatments, spa services. I found their massage very relaxing and acted as a good cure for my long lasting back and neck pain. Their massage is very effective against muscle and body pains.

They are special, I was ill when i went out and i went to de-stress all i can say is that they fixed me, and they were very cheap, the consultant whom i spoke to was a lovely man

The therapists are great and dutifull, the location is wonderfull and the food is good.At the beginning it all seems a little chaotic, but if you let them know what you want, they will do their utmost to achieve that.

the staff is very generous.The massage quality differed enormously depending on the staff responsible on that day. The Power Yoga classes were very good.

Good Services, I liked the deal but you guys should always mentioned the duration of the particular therapies and spa. The people at the spas try to wind up as early as possible
