I have chronic pain in my sciatica and my upper back. Made an appointment for the 90 minute deep tissue massage and I wish it was longer. I walked out with my sciatica feeling a lot better. There's still a lingering pain but it's nothing compared to the pain level I was in prior to the visit. She focused mainly on the sciatica and not much on my upper back. I brought it up towards the end of the appointment and she did a quick compression that helped a bit. If I had another hour or so I think my therapist would've kick all the knots out of my back. I have a busy schedule but hopefully I can get another appointment soon.
