the staff is NOT COOPERATIVE at all and counter staff is also very bad... They treat you like they are judge and customer is criminal

third class and pathetic and cheap spa ..its like third grade spa ...not clean...asking for money before doing spa....u will feel cheap after u went there.

the ambience and massage was fine. however they charged separately for scrub which was never the case wid my other massage parlors. they should have informed about the services which will be rendered before hand only. you should be honest with your customers.

I found maithila spa through mydala.com , I booked my appointment and went to take therapy , room was well and therapist was also good but the oil she used was cold and staff outside talking very loudly , I didn't relax there because place was not quite spa staff talking like they are shouting and no music

i was looking for good spa...one of my friend recommended me to go Maithila spa and i been to Maithila according to my friend instruction ...i went there there the lady at reception offer me water...and went to spa room room was nice with good good music.. i got good therapist she was nice and polite ...she give me massage as i want it was "pamper service".The room has facilities of shower which is free of cost..i enjoy the service and staff.i like to visit the Methila

i visited rishikesh with my friends and came back with aching feet and acute muscular pain in my legs. so i decided to visit this spa that i had heard about from my friends. i came to know its newly opened but trust me the professionalism and the care they offer to each of their clients is exceptional!
how i know this? when i visited them and told them i was in a lot of pain i got a proper consultation ( not like those stupid spas where they simply see u as money machine)
after consultation i was offers a sweet sandalwood oil massage to relax and soothe my aching muscles and also to help me sleep.
i explained the therapist i was in too much of pain and the therapist made sure the pressure she applies is just enough ( otherwise i always have to tell them to apply lesser pressure as it leaves my muscles sore and paining)
i liked the over all hospitality and the calm ambiance of the place. its clean and nice and not too much artificially decorated.

after the massage session and a nice shower i felt so relaxed and even my pain decreased considerably!
i actually felt well !!

Maithila definitely did not live upto my standards. I had heard about this place and was quite excited to try it. However, I was slightly dismayed by the facilities available. My facial was quite nice and soothing, but my hair spa and manicure were not up to par with the ones I get in other places. I was not happy with the service I received.
