Here I found that Mr. Prateek is trying to ruin the reputation of Healthgenie. I am not trying to support Healthgenie, as I have experienced the product delivery service is on time. As Mr.Prateek has said that they irritated him, calling again and again for address verification. These are the protocol which every organization use to follow.
I like every one not believe on the review which ever I have given or Mr.Prateek has given or any one. Judge yourself.

I bought Healthgenie Treadmill last monday from Healthgenie. Before placing order I was searching treadmill on many famous website and found minimum price in Healthgenie and I place a order. within 3 days of my order I got treadmill on my residence. I am very happy with their services.

Recently bought a Super Deluxe Massage Chair and got 25 % off on it .The chair is genuine and up to mark quality wise,it satisfies its features such as removing body stiffness and reducing muscular pain.Earlier i was not sure of buying such a product online,one of my friends told me about healthgenie and i am truly satisfied with it.The chair is like a complete Full Body Massage Chair ,moreover the delivery was also on time .

How can they manage to give such a bad experience to a person.
What have they thought before starting this website.

First of all they not deliver your product without acknowledging it.

They don't even bother to respond to your complains.

They just lie and annoy-

1) They call twice early in the morning just to confirm your address which was completely correct and what is the need to confirm that are they fool who are running that business, they already ask the address while placing the order on the website, none of the other e-commerce website does that - as far as I know by using almost 2 dozens of big and small websites.

2) They lie in the website by writing "7 days" this is a lie - a marketing mimic to distract innocent people's mind.

3) If they can't fulfill any customer's order, at least they can acknowledge it by a mail that their piece of junk website is incompetent in fulfilling the order but no they just want to annoy people by calling, sending unwanted mail and all that.

I will suggest everyone to HealthKart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc to buy, they have a value for their commitment and a strong customer support.

Healthgenie.in is one of the best website i found in term of deals and delivery as on 24th may i had placed an order of muscletech whey protein and healthgenie is providing it in the cheapest rate as compare to other website and i got my product on same day.
