I came here for a haircut and honestly had no expectations because I was just visiting from out of town and in desperate need of a trim and layer. My stylist was very warm and she was fantastic. She not only listened and understood the style I wanted, but advised me on length and had me check to make sure I was happy with the amount she thinned out before she finished the cut. She was also super-efficient with the hour while we chatted about our dogs and life in general. Next time I'm in Mumbai, I'm totally coming back for a haircut by her!
