Booked a Trip to Manali with Hills and Waters and it was a total waste of money, time and vacations. There was no travel arrangements.
Volvo Bus was promised by not provided.
Listed locations in the plan were not visited.
Took individual transport fee but did not give even shared transport for local sight seeing.
Did not even tell that he would not provide so that we would go and arrange for own transport.
Felt like left alone in Manali with no way out.
