When i wanted to learn aerobics about an year back, my knowledge on aerobics was very little with no prior experience at all. But the trainers at Bounce aerobics done a very fantastic job in teaching aerobics to every one who was in our batch at bounce aerobics. Now I have become well trained in practicing aerobics.
