I did a hair treatment and body waxing service and enjoyed the experience...good staff, branded products and happy environment ...overall completely satisfied.

Truly wonderful ladies beauty salon I would say in Malad. I went to redeem one of the packages and was impressed with the professional service . The staff is very friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They used branded VLCC products as promised and I don't have to wait for my turn inspite of other customers in salon and salon been busy they made arrangements for my service as per fixed appointment time. I would suggest book your appointments to enjoy no waiting.
The salon is well maintained , hygienic and you would surely enjoy the service. The compliments I got at from family and friends for my new look is truly great. I am now sure going repeat services at aura and has decided to be a regular client.

The worst parlour i've ever been to. Bad service and single appointment takes 5/6 hours.Unpolished staff and the Owners attitude is totally hopeless.Not a single VLCC/branded pdt used.

I had been to the parlour as I was promised vlcc products will b used when I spoke to the owner on the fone. But whn I visited the place to my shock not a single brandd product is used. The staff is not at all polished.half the staff is not even completely trained. It was a very very bad experience.
