Shraman - The Ashok

As ascetic as the name suggests, Shraman is true to its meaning, and is said to be an artistic choice to relish some of the famous Saatvic vegetarian dishes of Rajasthan, North-Indian and Gujarat cooked directly with earthy spices. Sharman is a pure veg restaurant inside The Ashok Hotel. The decor is purely Rajasthani in theme. Dal baati churma, dahi kebab, paneer tikka, aaloo ki sabji and bedmi pooris are some of the must try dishes. The staff is amicable and courteous.
