People at reception are very friendly on your 1st Visit..Thereafter they dont know you also Big Liars.
They are giving deals through groupon and are not able to manage same.Too Confused Lady pathetic at customer Management.
Arrogant as she was not ready to listen and also when we asked her to give managers number She said..Manager is on leave for 20 Days and Dear you can put review on social Networking"

I Would Suggest everyone not to go to this parlour..Booking Management is very Poor and the lady sitting at Reception is a Liar, Confused and not at all Customer Friendly..four of us booked appointment at this outlet of Shape and glow..we went in person to book the dates (that too before a week of actual day). on Wednesday we went as per booked schedule and to our surprise our name was not mentioned in booking diary and people over their refused to give us services stating that we were late.
