Step Up is an influential dance-training academy, established in 2010. The philosophy behind the creation of Set Up was to break down the elitist barriers surrounding dance, and make it available to everyone, from an absolute beginner to a advanced and professional dancer. Raju Rai, the director and an instructor at the academy intends to promote knowledge, understanding and practice of dance along with motivating and encouraging students of all ages and levels of ability. Offering an extensive variety of dance styles, right from Jazz and hip-hop to B-Boying, Breaking, and Popping, the academy not only teaches dancing, but also creates an environment where students are presented with an opportunity to develop confidence and explore self-expression.
