Started in November 2011 and located in Chennai (Tambaram), Emas restaurant is already a popular haunt for foodies. The menu incorporates emu meat in a variety of Indian, Chinese, Tandoori and Continental dishes. The range at Emas restaurant is extensive with emu cutlets, biryanis, sausages, hot dogs, dragon fries, soups, wraps. Their signature dishes are Emu Dindugal Biryani and Emu steaks.Emu meat is one of the richest sources of Iron. It is extremely low in fat and has virtually no cholesterol. The healthy, natural environment in which our farm bred emus are raised and the quality diet they are fed, produce a low fat, low cholesterol, high iron, meat of exceptional flavour and tenderness.
