Academy of Music and Arts, Darshak is a leading and renowned cultural and social organization of Rajasthan. Late Shri Mahendra Bhatt, who himself was Assistant Station Director in All India Radio, a great violinist and a great musician, started the sanstha in 1960 in Jammu and Kashmir with his wife Smt. Madhu Bhatt ( founder of Darshak Sanstha ). The aim of the Sanstha is to promote art culture and values of India and Indian classical music, light music, folk music, Iindian dance and drama. The biggest achievement of the Sanstha is that it provides a platform to the young and upcoming talents of the country where they can receive true knowledge regarding art and music.In 1980, Shri Mahendra Bhatts son and daughter-in-law, Mr. Rajeev Bhatt and Promila Bhatt took the organization one step ahead and started the Sanstha in Jaipur.
