Castalia Spa

I went to the Sohna road branch as the JMD Mall branch suggested. The scene there is below.

In the reception, 2 JXXTs sitting, doesn't understand English. Shown them the voucher, 1st reply is, we don't accept vouchers by one guy. The other guy said " check if anyone has come before with the voucher" . they both checked their register and said yes voucher is acceptable but we will only allow dry massage with no shower. As who so ever came with mydala voucher they are not allowed to choose oil massage. Where as in the advertisement it is clearly mentioned that with shower and massage worth Rs 3000 given @ 1199. Who on earth will pay Rs. 3000 for a dry massage. I told them show me the price list, there were no massage available @3000 and the dry one was I think @2200.

By then I was in no mood to spend a single minute there banging my head on those 2 mor...

Conclusion .....Avoid this spa

I went with this voucher to JMD mall branch, the lady at front desk clearly denied accepting this voucher and said no voucher accepted here. I told her that this is available in Mydala site. She said may be this is for Sohna road branch. When I told her that the JMD mall address was there on site. She said I don't care. we don't accept vouchers here.

This shows poorly about this Spa and Mydala as they are posting such adds which are not real.

Don't go for this voucher, they are cheaters and this is just an advertisement gimmick it seems.

Very bad..... fooling the customer and wastage of time..
