Very poor in management and customer care. They do not have adequate number of staff compared to the appointments.
Spent more than 5 hours for the above mentioned services where I had opted out hair cut and threading
They provided Fruit facial instead of "Chocolate or Wine" facial what is mentioned in the deal.
Manager does not know to etiquette towards customer.

One of the worst spa/salon I've ever seen. Their Sanjay Nagar branch is congested and unclean. Moreover, the person who is responsible for appointments is very rude and doesn't know to speak in a professional manner. Please don't waste your money with them!

Avail this so called saloon services at your own risk.They damaged my hair in the process of hair straitening and admitted to offer remedy treatment, when they failed to do so, i served legal notice. Now they are saying i might have thyroid problem or jaundice in my early 20's for hair and scalp problem!
They have untrained and unprofessional staff with out a decent infrastructure , but still claim to be A one saloon in bangalore .
They are the reason for aliens not to invade earth!
