I am still wondering if its the place or the people which makes the experience memorable! After a confusing discussion on 'whr to go' , we landed at The Flying Saucer, Nehru Place and without a doubt this random choice turned out to be a good one! The place. ambiance, food, hookah, drinks , music and service everything was almost perfect :-) Its only the bill which hurts a little :P. A must try for a Fun Friday evening!!

As soon as you enter this place, you tend to pretty much get impressed by the ambience here. The best part is that it is not one of those lounges which will give you a cramped up feeling;it is extremely spacious, in terms of both the indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for an evening out with friends and good sheesha, The Flying Saucer cafe has a good variety in alcohol,
but at the same time, is not one of those cheaper places that you can visit without thinking twice.

When it comes to the food, the mezze platter and lamb burger deserve a special mention and were done well. The pasta however, wasn't very impressive and had a small portion size. The pizza was decent. The variety in alcohol, Sufi nights and live cricket screenings are good reasons to visit this place. If a relaxed conversation with a cold beer is what you seek, then go ahead to this place!

Nehru place metro station epicentre mall has really turned out to be a happening place specially cafe like flying Saucer. We went on a weekend afternoon. I never expected such a huge sitting area inside. It has both covered & open sitting area with very good ambiance and fit for a Cafe. Food was good with reasonably good services. In starter we had ordered Greek Salad and Dahi Kabab. Both were very tasty, generous spread of Feta cheese over the greens was excellent in taste and flavour. Dahi kabab were crispy from outside and extremely soft and flavourful curd inside, was a treat. In main course, morocco lamb which actually is a stew kind of preparation but here it was on spicier side served with cuscus. Taste wise excellent. Flying saucer special grilled chicken with mashed potato and chicken wings with barbeque sauce was hot & spicy.
