The receptionist was chewing gum and looked as if he hates his job. I think he was from Mizoram. On my inquiring about the scrub treatment, he cockily told me "its a scrub. not a massage" He further made up a story that scrub is done only during summer months ! After the very mediocre massage that lasted 45 minutes instead of 1 hour, i asked for the feedback form, which was denied by him. Guys dont waste your time and money.

Worst experience @moksha, Ramada Hotel,Gurgaon sec -44. Uneducated Pathetic staff(guy) at Help desk named "Mark"one should never go to such a place. "Mark" doesnt know how to talk with the customer. When i called at Moksha,Ramada gurgaon "Mark" picked the call and hang up on my face without any satisfactory answer about spa services. I called next day and took an appointment at 7:00pm. I reached late by 15 mins, he said we wont entertain you now. Instead of saying in a polite way . He replied its not my problem u go and complain where ever you want. He is such an arrogant and illiterate how moksha spa appointed such type of staff. Going spa for relaxation but here its a mental torchure. i will never recommend this place to visit and spoil your mood. Poor..pathetic service

I am so sick and tired by getting the Moksha SPA messages. Because of getting unlimited messages by Moksha SPA I opted for DND (Do not Disturb services) and now they again started sending messages on What App. You know what i am so irritated that I am thinking of filing a case against these people so that they should learn some lesson.

Amazing is the word i will like to use to describe my experience at Moksha Spa. I visited their Vasant Vihar outlet near PVR Priya. I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. I was then asked to wait for my therapy and was made comfortable before I could go in for the therapy. I had booked for a Balanese Massage and therapist was well trained to deliver a strong pressure massage to ease the muscle tension, soothen the nerve and awaken my senses. I felt amazing after the therapy and now I visit this place quite often.
