The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root YUJA meaning Union / Integration / Joining / Yoking. Thus the basis of all Yoga should be to join, integrate and not to create differences on any levels. We believe that Yoga cannot be achieved till there is even a small disintegration or difference in ones makeup. It might be anything political / linguistic / racial / social / religious / financial / educational / provincial or regional / national and so on. We do not discriminate or encourage any such differences.Hence we believe that all end of Yoga is wherein a holistic person is created who has no biases has a perfect health WHO definition is an asset for himself, his family, the society and the universe.
