Sparha Advance Wellness..

These people are fraud and should close this center. I had a horrible experience, i wanted to cry there loud.
1. No one offered us any welcome or farewell drink included in package.
2. Package says 60 min massage . They gave 25 min massage, not covering neck and arms
3. Massage lady's hand were sooo rough, scratching me and hurting me
4. Poor hygiene.There was a huge blue dustbin in front of my head filled with trash smelling bad and mosquito flying over it. They bit me as well
5. No bath gown was given to us and all wondows and door were open, expoilting our privacy. Just in a towel we were ask to move frm 1 room to Sona room.
6. Lady opened the spa room 7-8 times during massage making us uncomfortable.
7. Horrible loud some other language radio channel which gave me headache

On complaining, they just nodded their head and ignored everything. We felt like a fool standing there.

I had been there for pedicure, head massage and fresh fruit facial .They offer very good service and staff is well trained. I would strongly recommend Sparha Advance Wellness Studio. The head massage of almond oil and banana fruit facial was refreshing. The staff gives enough time for the massage.
They offer services to attain better skin and their customer focus is very good.
