Besides conducting her classes, she has been fitness advisor/trainer/lecturer with corporate offices.Having trained in various fitness regimes as well as diet and nutrition, enables her include innovative mixes of different exercise forms in her classes to ensure best results and to keep workouts fun. She is always very helpful with her simplified dietary guidelines that makes healthy eating habits part of life.
