Its a fraud site. they are deducting the money from your account and tickets are not getting confirmed and when calling the given customer number no one is reponding , after calling 10-15 times they will respond and will tell you they will refund in 2 days but they are not refunding in 2 days after calling so many times after 10-15 days they are refunding the money. i have experience twice with this site so my suggestion is to never book the bus tickets through mybustickets.in
