Fit & Fine

Fit n fine is where i started learning yoga. After a time span of about 8 to 10 months i am an advanced level of yoga practitioner. When I joined Fit n fine i did not know much a about yoga. If it was not for the dedicated and personal care by the trainers at fit n fine I could not have learnt this much yoga in this time frame.

I attended a complimentary fitness training session from Fit and fine few months back. It went very fine and i was impressed about this place. Now I have enrolled myself for a fitness program from fit and fine, and the results look promising to me.
