Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone has smiley and friendly face. Lakme salon was absolutely amazing.brGood ambiance made me really comfortable and staff was very professional and kind. Service was awesome and I just brLoved it. I will give 5 stars to them, thanks for the good service.

Very poor pathetic service.
Messed up my hair. After my visit my hair has become dry, dead and resulted in a Lot of hair loss
Don't ever risk your hair and skin with Lakme Aurangabad.
Even after talking to the owner - they were least bothered to finalise a solution.

Horrible service. Expensive. My hair stinks like rotten eggs after the chemical they put in my hair. They are quick to argue and not provide a solution. Every time I wash my hair with the recommended shampoo and conditioner my hair stinks after the shower . Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is rude. They charged me way too much for a crappy job of straightening my hair with chemical that stinks. Now my hair is drying up and feels damaged and anyone that looks at my hair say it's damaged . Such a horrible experience . The worst part was their customer service and not owing up to the problem
