The bus attendant are too much overconfident and before doing the ticket booking they are not share all the information. They only provide pic and sometimes drp service
But you have to reach to there office to catch the bus they are not providing any hotel or near place pickup.
Even once the booking done they not contacted to the person for any kind of concern regarding the tour.
Even they give you one program on paper and say to decide yourself to choose the place to explore .
The tour bus is not one they are giving 10 buses one by one after every 45 minutes for pickup frm the previous destination.
And they drp the passenger very far frm the destination.
And in the bus and just before the destination they give information to by ticket online.
They are not taking any kind of responsibility.
Even paying for the bus trip they drp you far and again you need to take a auto and by paying again you have to rech your destination. Take metro not this bus .

I really appreciate the HOHO Bus Service initiative. It has become so easy to see entire Delhi in one day and that also so conveniently and at a moderate price. Earlier all this was really difficult and expensive.

I am very much impressed by HOHO Bus Service, we experienced that a little help if extended was more helpful,some beverages like packaged cool water,cool drinks if made available on payment of reasonable price
