Have been loyal patron of the spa for long time. Have seen the service going good to bad to worse. All the tenure staff seem to have left. Had gone for hair smoothening and the staff ended up burning my hair. The discount seem to be made up with additional charges showing up please check bill carefully before paying.
My hair are looking lifeless and I'm very very disappointed. It was much better naturally before the smoothening.
